We start from the ground up, your history, your goals, your physiology, your reality. I study your race demands, your past training, your lifestyle. I analyse what’s worked and what hasn’t. From there, I build a personalised periodisation plan grounded in practical, science, logic, and experience.

In The Coaches Words

You’ll have a fully customised training program delivered in Final Surge or TrainingPeaks, tailored to your fitness level, race schedule, and life demands. Every session is built around you, not a formula, not a guess. You’ll train with structure, precision, and purpose.

You’ll check in weekly for accountability, and we’ll speak at least every fortnight to review your progress, tweak your programming, and dig deeper into the mental, tactical, and nutritional sides of performance. We’ll plan your races, dial in your strategy, and work on the mindset needed to execute when it matters.

You’ll also get strength and mobility training built specifically for runners. Not generic gym work, actual, intelligent programming to make you durable, mobile, and faster. If you’re a female athlete, we’ll layer in menstrual cycle based periodisation, blood test monitoring, and bone health integration because that matters.

And when things get tough, when self-doubt kicks in, or you just need a reset? I’m here. Real support. No fluff.
